Nothing in this post has been crit. This is gossip. You can't call it as crit when you keep repeating "but they'll never change" and it's not addressed to the person it's about. You can't expect gossip to be taken seriously, and you can't say that someone asking for evidence to support gossip is discouraging crit. They're completely different things.
