I hate Nice Guys (TM). Not genuinely nice guys who are nice to girls just because they're nice, but those creepy guys who are nice and feel they're owed something from the girl they're being nice to--usually a date or sex or other romantic attentions.

I'll speak for myself, but I can't say this isn't true for a lot of people. I'm generally very interested in m/m. Every damn time I see folks here or at rpanons whining about "neckbeards" playing f/f, I tend to bitch at them.

Let people play what they want.

When people make their characters take on something that hey, is a bad thing holy fuck!, and take it all the way to it's horribleist point but then when the character is free of it? Have the character go "OMG I DID NOT WHAANT IT" when...

It has been fucking explained that to reach that horrible point the character has to choose to do so of their own goddamned free will. Worst is both cases of this are MODS doing it, and they're the ones who wrote up the whole info on this horrible thing!

Wow, I had no idea the problems were so widespread. He made me a little wary when I met him because I've met several guys like him who come on really strong. Granted not all of them were creeps but most of them weren't easy on the nerves, either...

Anyway, I play all guys so I haven't had firsthand experience, but some of the things I've seen him say to female RPers on my plurklist really had me side-eyeing him. There's a line between 'enthusiastic' and 'creepy' and he bulldozes right the fuck over it.
