No, DDD is an actual game but you can get in with an extremely small app, there's been more wank there than I could ever find the links to, lots of jerks were there or still are (Tifa, aka That Buffy, for example), and it really has no other premise than "your character has a duck Internet thing (there thing is ducks, obv) and they can talk to characters in other worlds but we have to have special characters that can help you" or something.
