They're kind, attentive, get stuff done, aren't pushovers, are willing to go to bat to protect their players if it's needed, and are always willing to answer questions, help plot and make sure everyone's comfortable.

They are also safe to disagree with openly. They won't turn around and be assholes.

The helpstaff are just as good.
