She is a ridiculous take on a really minor RE character. Her dad is William Birkin and a crazy bastard who helped create a virus he eventually took and became a giant monster. The monster him tried to impregnate (not sexually) her and was eventually killed by game protags.

That's about all there is to go on her. They took her and gave her Wesker's powers and made her...kind, I guess? I don't know. She's just an overpowered Mary Sue that tags RE players and shit and they all hate her and she should have stayed on LJ FOREVER
