I don't think it'd be a bad idea to tell your castmates, anon, if only to head off wank and gossip from the other direction. Just a quick tasteful IM or something like "hey guys, just a heads-up that I don't get along with this other player. I don't care if you tag with them, I just wanted to avoid the awkwardness of being invited into group scenes later because you didn't know."
