On any given day on Plurk, I see half of the people make sex jokes someone might think is inappropriate, especially those in sex-based games. And, you know what? If I asked them to, they'd all probably stop the jokes while I was chatting with them. I've seen people make jokes about DP being the only true form of threesomes, and I know a few people who are really squicked by anal sex who would be greased as hell over that joke. Flip right the fuck out. I've seen jokes about bondage come out almost every day, and numerous players who appreciate some 'weird shit' including incest - and hell that one squicks more people.
Given that they've got an Opt-Out, I'll bet you've never had a sex scene with their characters. What it sounds like is you have an issue that someone likes a kink that you don't like, and that they have the audacity to post a log of it up in a sex game. Complete with explicit warnings for people who don't like that sort of thing so they can scroll past. You don't know the first thing about them, but you see them playing some dark scenes, and you make all kinds of assumptions about what they can and do play and how they push their 'creeper' on to others because of what? Some offhand comment from a friend of a friend or something? You must have had an issue with a bunch of players in that game's history, because there's a whole lot of people who do that sort of thing on the side over there, past, present and probably in the future.
