Mostly a Touhou player, but he's dabbled in Death Note and Persona, too. He played the most awful Light I've ever seen (and I was into DN during it's 'peak') at Route and Marina. He also played Minako at Marina and had her cut off someone's foot just because they asked her really nice. On Minako's first day there.

i remember him.

he was a horrible Light and Minako, basically. and creepy as shit, and so awkward. i offhandedly wondered if he was stormy a couple times, but only offhandedly without much thought.

in marina a lot of people blocked him on plurk/rejected his friend requests and he made mopey plurks about it alllll the time. also made asspatt-begging plurks about crit/being/feeling ooc/unaccepted.

i don't know if he still does stuff like this? it was a long while ago, after all.
