Okay, so why is the "Capitol" so averse to cannibalism? Collins supposedly based a lot of this series on Rome and gladiatorial games, right? (But if she had done the research, she would have known that only 10% of all gladiator games ever ended in a fight to the death...) Well, didn't anyone ever tell her that the Roman men and their lovely little wives absolutely adored watching helpless captives get eaten by starving animals in the Coliseum?
