I sort of really loved Pepper banter with Coulson, too. The writters really made the best of time on screen. I also completely agree with you about Natasha. Apparently, in the original idea of IM2 Natasha was supposed to come across as more mysterious and possibly be thought a villain, but the script that actually got shot lost all of that, so yes, she did seem like just a generic beautiful tough girl. So glad they expanded on that.
