i meant it metaphorically, but he likes swooping in just as the rage over him is dying down and whiteknight himself. he did it in the last acj just as the new post went up. not sure what he was hoping to accomplish with that when all it's going to do is get anons pissed off at him all over again. but he could just be an attention whore who secretly enjoys it.

I hate it when role players ruin a fandom for you. I was really interesting in that canon before you came along and starting obsessing over it. It's fine to be excited about your fandoms, sure, but when that's the only thing you are talking about, it gets old fast.

And taking characters who in canon are pretty badass and turning them into moeblobs for the sake of your ships? Not cool. When a characters frequently kills people in their canon, I don't think they going to get all blushy and uguu~ at the drop of a hat.

There might be, though more likely forum based. But one of the languages I know is Japanese, and we won't even get into how much harder to write than English that is. I definitely don't have enough confidence to write in Japanese at a level beyond maybe a first-grader and I sure wouldn't force anyone to read that! I'll just keep practicing by working on translating things from one of the canons I play from.

I can handle rudeness and being labled no problem. I give no fucks about that. I know I can come off as aggressive. But when someone violates privacy, such as posting PMs for everyone to see? Even if I stand by what I said in them, but that's just courtesy to ask before positing it. What if there was something I thought was completely personal? Screw that. No way I'm ever PM'ing this person again. Same goes of all the jackasses on the internet. If you don't want to deal with their rudeness, just stop interacting with them.

That second tag sounds like the potential for godmodding.

I don't disagree that her OCs can be similar to their PBs, but this seems to be a chronic issue with most PB-using OCs that I've seen.

Obviously the PB has to have a look and a set of facial expressions that fits the OC, and sometimes the best fit is a character with a similar personality or role. If you choose one that's very close then sure, it will fit well, but it makes the similarities between the two characters way more obvious, and also I know some players tweak their OC's personality to fit the given expressions. If the OC had hand-drawn or (dare I say it) face-maker icons or anything of the like, I think the similarities would be less apparent. (Unless your OC is named something like Prissy Guardian Sailor Dune).

tl;dr PBs can really suck and some players need to learn to handle them better. Or at least learn to go for really obscure characters.

if he was pressured as a child to think like that it's not his fault, no, but continuing to act that way when he's well past that age is, and no, he's not showing progress and is certainly not improving, that that there are so many complains floating around now about him should be proof enough of that

To be fair the OP made a terrible excuse that just seemed like they were making something up and then backpeddaling for no reason when they were asked for deets and on top of that I have never seen this come up in years of roleplaying, so I think my skepticism was justified. But another anon linked to someone else doing it and now I'm just shaking my head here regretting showing some faith in the RP scene for once. The narcissism is just sickening on that one.

Really hope it's actually not a common thing. That's just disgusting.
