Seconding the thing about him treating RP like a job. He takes RP really seriously and expects that others will too.

I also recall him coming home from work one night, staying up the entire night RPing, then went to work an 8 hour shift the following morning. Throughout the night he made a lot of woe is me kind of plurks about how tired he was, but he couldn't bring himself to get off the damn computer and go to sleep ahead of having to work in the morning.
