But they don't run the game. I one time asked for an NPC interaction and I never got responded to for months. It eventually was never brought up again. A simple rejection would have been much better than letting me hang for months on end.

They do little to no work and have costed multiple people I know castmates and other people to actually rp with. People send PM's saying x is a squatter, or y's in the wrong house, or z doesn't actually play in the game anymore so they can indeed get in, and they're ignored, left hanging, or responded to when it's too late. Their inability to respond to questions for clarification, actually respond to pms, or be receptive to player's suggestions, concerns, confusions or complaints is costing the game severely. Many people don't look at it because it's totally disorganized, or the community spirited has died along with the people who actually tag out.

People aren't asking for much. They're not requesting to run every little thing in the game. They're just asking for mods that do the required minimum and mod the damn game. If they don't have the time to run a game and constantly face disorganization, schedule slips and make it difficult for people to know what the hell is going on, or even get more people to tag their posts in the game then they should at least hire more people as helper mods so the game actually runs.

It's a shame. If the mods had a little more presence, I think people would have more of a community spirit. But the listlessness now shows in just about everything related to the game.
