Like. Really? Why the fuck should my character give a damn? Why not come up with something interesting? Because really an awkward convo of "...hey" "hey" is not my idea of a good thread.


Next time this happens I swear to god I am just going to respond with:

I hate most of their stuff and am constantly surprised when they post something that isn't completely fucking lame. But then I'm always a little hesitant to tag into it because I don't want to encourage them.

If they wouldn't try to post memes as often as they do and actually put some thought into them (and stop with the ugly fucking formatting) maybe their ratio wouldn't be so shit.

Tagging someone who put "OTA" only to discover by getting ignored, rude follow up comment, and/or message that they actually meant "OTA except so and such" but felt they didn't need to say so because ew who would play that anyway?

If you're not open to anything, don't put it there. You can just as easily put "M/M or M/F" or something.

I usually put OTA 'cause I don't mind getting tagged by most people, but there are a few characters I just do not want to thread with, and once or twice I've gotten tags from such characters and then I, um... ignore them.

It's kind of awkward to put 'OTA except the following characters: X, Y, Z and Q.' you know?
