I found http://rpanoncomm.livejournal.com/16211.html?thread=150752595, where she was rude as fuck to a couple of anons, but I can't find the thread the above anon mentioned.

That sounds about right though. Someone complained about Devon's rudeness and other people said she was easy to avoid in-game, and then Yukeh barged in to lecture anon and the anti-bully policy went up right after.

LOL and people wonder why it gets said that this mod team is underhanded, plays favorites, and can't take crit.

Biggest bully in the game acts like a bitch and the mods make an anti-bully policy to "defend" her not because she was bullied but because she was white knighting for them and talking smack to people who were criticizing them.
