When I apped a manga character that's anime was just then airing I put a sentence before my spoiler-to-anime only-fans paragraphs warning them to stop before continuing on.

I think if you do it like that, it's at least better than 'BTW SPOILERS BUT SO-AND-SO DID THIS AND DIED' or something.
