WTF is up with subbing instead of dubbing it.

Cringing at the voice acting is an essential part of my Koei experience.

It definitely does take from the Koei experience if there's not any cringe-worthy dubbing.

I think most people were thinking it was so they could get the game out faster. Though I kind of have a feeling that it's probably due to SW3's English track being owned by Nintendo.

But I don't think any real answer has been given about that part, unless I missed some update about it.

what does SW3's english track being owned by nintendo have to do with warriors orochi 3? there really isn't much dialog reused from previous games except standard lines.

koei would've lost so much money if they'd dubbed it, are you kidding me? i loved the dubbed, but keeping it subbed was a smart move on their part.

There are 130 characters, a metric shitton of dialogue, and WO has never had great sales figures. It was the only sane choice financially.

Although the people on KW and Gamefaqs crying about how they "already have half the voice actors so there's no excuse" are kind of hilarious.
