Some of us have spoken with him. Nothing good ever comes from it. Go check past HMDs before you complain about people who think he's a shitty RPer.

If the HMD doesn't work, TRY SOMETHING ELSE.

I've given him crit on the game HMD. I also gave him crit on his personal HMD. Neither instance resulted in any changes. In fact, I was told I was wrong and all of my concerns were entirely dismissed by him. I'm not on his plurk and I have no intention of adding him. I don't use AIM and will not reinstall it simply to speak to him.

There are still PMs.

And e-mail.

And I don't mean leave a comment yourself. Send a PM. Send an IM. Send a plurk. You'll actually get an answer that way.

no, it's really more people expecting players to actually use the hmd as it was intended instead of just paying it lip service.

It misses the point of a mandatory HMD for people to have to go on aim or plurk or where ever the fuck to get a straight answer out of him. I can get him being less than thrilled with receiving crit but it's there and it's not going to go away just because he doesn't respond. All ignoring it will do is make it very obvious that he has absolutely no interest in hearing what other people have to say.

Which we kind of knew anyway, but uhh. Mandatory HMD and some people were willing to at least try.

If your question is "why aren't you responding?", then no. It's not missing the point.

It is entirely and I'm sorry that you apparently can't see that. There is absolutely no point to posting to an HMD or making someone post to an HMD if they are not going to participate.

HMD is mandatory. If you just ignore everything that is said to you, that shouldn't count as participation.

Stop making excuses.

Like the mods have told people in the past, if the HMD isn't there or doesn't get a response than try one of the many other ways to contact your fellow players.

The mods have also said that they will speak to players about their inability to take crit.

If he really won't respond, go to the mods. Let them deal with him.

I believe what people are saying is that if you go to the mods before trying all other options, they're just going to tell you to try the options you haven't yet.
