Yes, he acknowledged some of what was said, but he has ignored countless other points that were made by the different commenters, the majority of which have been brought up to him repeatedly since June. He's made promises to work on things and improve for months, but nothing has changed.

Good for him that he isn't having a fit on plurk. That doesn't make is response adequate. I'll continue bitching about the quality of his writing, the lack of personality in his characters, and his empty promises until he actually shows some signs of improvement.

Alternately, there are people who are dissatisfied with his responses to the HMD thus far. Literally everything that has been brought up in his thread are issues people have had with him for months. No one is being rude, in fact, most people have been more than patient with explaining their issues to him. He is either being purposefully obtuse, or he has a genuine issue separating his own voice and plot-wants from his characters. Which is also something that merits crit.

Further, there's absolutely no reason someone should be rewarded for not throwing a plurk tantrum. It should just be expected.
