Are you including villains who have actually "reformed" or pretended to be reformed in their respective canons in that or just people who decide to play them that way for no reason? Most of the villains players I've seen do this are playing canonically reformed or "reformed" villains so I want to make sure you're not calling that "OOC as fuck."
