Just about all of them. From what I've seen, the only person to suffer any kind of lasting consequences and not bust out of jail quickly is Jack Bauer.

i would like to see the gotham crowd punished sometimes and where it lasts.

non-villains who've committed or been accused of crimes have spent time in jail as well. iirc yusuke and aaron grey were in jail for roughly a month each following the murder of momjeans by a possessed yusuke and a false murder accusation against aaron. red queen was imprisoned too, iirc.

how quickly is "quickly?" some have stayed in jail for several months and I think in an RP setting that's pretty fair. personally I love when villains suffer consequences too but not when other muns take that to mean keeping them in jail for a year or longer.

i also want to know how quick you think is quick. in RP keeping someone locked away for months is a long time and it hinders CR, if you're saying they needed to stay longer i'm going to have to say that doesn't sound fair for the villain players.

the ones who've broken out (after months) haven't had people suddenly pile onto them with love and trust either. and those characters have been attacked.

how do you think they're not suffering consequences?
