To be fair, in Luceti, at least when I was there, at least one villain that was actually manipulative planned and planned and planned shit, and actually won once in a while until all the heroes had to dogpile onto them. And even then it wasn't the heroes that could just, you know, blow shit up by blinking so that might have helped.
And there was another villain that basically just as much of an OP douche as teeny bobber heroes could be, but he was actually put down by someone else that was basically a villain by definition.

I don't know if it's changed recently, but there's my two cents on it.
