you seem to be under the impression that coming out of anon status in order to say, "hey, i'd like to remedy this and plot with you now" would actually achieve something more than gaining oneself a new pile of outright enemies.

any anon who would respond to one of those posts with "okay, hey, i'm so-and-so, let's plot something" would be a fucking moron.

and yes, i'm whining. it's the fucking hate post, genius. it's not the 'make friends and impress people with your maturity' post. that's somewhere else.

and this isn't a bar filled with random strangers. this is an rp game we all joined in order to play with the other people who are also in the same game. a better analogy would be when you join a soccer team and then find out certain players only kick the ball to certain other players. sure, there's other players on the team you can kick the ball to, but there's still an annoying divide in something that's supposed to be fun. i joined the game to play with everyone in it. why did they join the game, if not for the same reason?

Who, who? I came to this thread really prepared to start brainstorming creative solutions, but this is so ridiculous that I would feel really comforted by the idea that I don't have to worry about playing with this person.

Our old Usagi was on a lot of plurks bitching and moaning about the so-called clique problem and insisting that it was this massive big deal when we moved from LJ to DW. Something about having a journal based option making people left out when there was already a massive clique problem in game. Constantly plurking about feeling left out of plots and how her castmates were ignoring her or some bullshit. And then she randomly dropped awhile back.

I never had CR with her because her characterization was annoying as shit and I was tired of her being super pushy OOCly with tagging speed, but this anon and being pissy over Usagi's old/former castmates and their friends is kind of feeling super grudgewanky to me, especially when there's literally no evidence to bolster their claims of clique-ness.

I could be wrong, though. The anon could still be in the game. But that's just my guess.

Dude, I don't think you realize that you're accusing the people who reach out the most of being in some inclusive circlejerking clique.

All of the people you mentioned have the most CR in the game.

If you want to bitch about people who don't tag anyone but each other, there are at least two or three people that would actually top that list. Why not revisit the Doctor and the Master wank from earlier this week if you want two people who only want to play with one another? Go after them, not the people who have extensive cross-canon CR in the entire fucking game.

And if you want CR with those so-called special bitches, maybe you should try pulling on your big girl panties and stop bitching about it on the hatememe. Go find a fucking HMD. All of the people listed in this clique have their own personal HMDs and post to the HMD meme almost every month. Make a sock HMD puppet and send a PM if you don't want to do either of those things. Do something productive to fix this so-called problem instead of whining about it.
