what? no, lyn handles Azusa most of the time (http://snipingyourfail.dreamwidth.org/827.html#comments) though, celi does take her over for more official things.

it's a confusing thing, but she does play azusa.

that post is pretty outdated. afaik lyn handles azusa all of the time now. excalibur is the only npc celi's handling at the moment.
