at the very least i can applaud their commitment

The A+ thing about her OC is the fact she originally said she'd had the character for 8 years during the trans 9 saga, then when she posted it to the bad mods suck she claimed her OC was invented 11 years ago. Magically, her character aged by 3 years during a few weeks!

I'm not sure about how long the character has existed. I can say that I first ran into it on AOL around 2004 and there was enough what the fuckery about both the character and the player that it sticks out in my mind.

Just like now there was a constant stream of drama and wank, and she wore out her welcome in chat after chat, leaving a stream of angry people and people with hurt feelings who were nice enough to try to get close to her and make friends with her. I never interacted closely and seeing she's still up to exactly the same shit makes me wonder wtf is wrong with her mentally because damn. One day you have to grow up, Peter Pan.

oh wow. are there any choice tidbits you could share with us, anon? any incidents that stick out particularly?

Understand that I'm really dusting off the wayback machine, but the one thing that sticks out particularly in my mind was this long, drawn out, maybe four months worth of passive aggressive whining and hanging around one of the owners of a dockside tavern because the owner got romantically involved with one of the other staff members.

It got progressively creepier and creepier until the character basically told R to go fuck himself IC, and that devolved into bitter IC and OOC rancor and complaining about abandonment that resulted in a ban. Most of the rest of us who played there were glad to see the ban, because it had gotten very uncomfortable all the way around. Particularly when we realized just how much blending was going on.

That's when I started hearing from others that this had been an ongoing pattern of behavior and was nothing new. Chat logs were circulated, the usual ZOMG look at this train wreck stuff. Basically exactly the same shit she pulls now except in chat format.

It is almost frightening how long she has been doing the exact same thing without realizing that, you know, she might be the common denominator in her bad experiences.

I honestly think Renne might have been a childhood imaginary friend that was adapted for RP. It'd explain all the "years of creation" she keeps referring to, and how it seems really inconsistent. And how she's ridiculously attached to him.

I've believed this for a while. It'd explain an awful lot.

And her obsession with putting him together with characters from Power Rangers and Star Trek, things she was probably interested in as a kid.
