Yes, Hikari does truly exist. I'm one of the people she has stalked: because I replied to her in Fanficrants e/o knowing who the shit she was, Hikari sent me whiny PM's several times and even tried to make me join her shitty Sailormoon/Inuyasha/whatever else crossover.

Is eurasiangirl the name she uses on other sites? If so, I've seen her on GameFAQs, and she is definitely crazy. In fact she's one of two people on my ignore list there because of her crazy.

Yup! She used that one on TV tropes to push her Saffir/Dirmando incest headcanon on the character sheet, and on YT to make some wacky video rant about how she's Asian and shit

So we can also add in that she's pushing nonsense about localizing Tales of games on boards that aren't even related. I could probably dig up some of that, though I'd have to log out since she's on my ignore list.
