this isn't grudgewank it's actually people being annoyed at something that is actively being annoying in game

the troll drama is actually annoying
it's very circlejerky and they all expect other players to be just as entertained by it as they are when in fact it's incredibly alienating and overall stupid

have you talked to them about any of this?

those players are approachable about these kinds of things and generally don't want to alienate others. it's only "circlejerky" in this plot because the only characters who are going to respond are going to be characters who would care about karkat dying, eridan dying, eridan killing the mayor, or about gamzee murdering people again. and they seem to be replying to people who they haven't tagged to before or often.

if you have a problem go talk to them and come to them with actual concerns. they'll listen.

If this question is straight: the extensive series of plots about the cycle of murders and revenge kills that the Homestuck characters inflict on each other. Most of the characters are canonically vindictive as hell, so I'm not sure if something like this is even capable of ending, though the comments about Eridan having an introspective moment give me hope that this is leading somewhere new (not that there hasn't been character development throughout all of this, but you know. New directions.)

honestly tho it wouldn't be an issue of their being ic and constantly dramatic and whining (for months now) if they didn't act like everyone needed to give a shit


if they didn't post in ooc about how funny their drama was or spam plurk etc etc then nobody would get this annoyed

i don't post to ooc every time something important happens to my character and their interpersonal relationships. why do you think i'd care about yours SO OFTEN?

all i've seen in ooc about their drama are the usual posts notifying the game of someone dying or something big going down. and there's a mute function on plurk.

even if you don't (i'm pretty sure you do), it's common courtesy imo. and easier than contacting a character's entire scope of cr to let them know what's going down.

and none of the trolls have died in the past, what? three months before this? you're really reaching here.
