my only complaint is that she reposts tags like 3-5 times (for errors, presumably) so all her tags give me tons of notifs but that is hardly acj worthy

LOL if she's new to dwrp, she actually might not be aware that people are getting notifs every single time she makes a little edit. It sounds to me like she's so busy making sure her tag is perfect that she's not thinking about stuff like that.

you could just not play with her/not add her on plurk/remove her if you've already added her. simple solution. she's a sweet person who tries to learn and listens when people talk to her and doesn't deserve this kind of shit.
