I have brought up that I think they're cliqueish before.

If you are the person from the previous discussion, I'm sorry you had that experience, but one person is not representative of an entire group. That is a deeply unfair generalization. I can't think of a single person in current cast who would throw that on the table if you opened a discussion about it.

You may not be "super eager" to do it again, but the only way the issue will be resolved is if you bring it to their attention in a personal, helpful way and try to open a dialogue about it. If you are so worried about coming off in a way that will open yourself up to that again (although, again, I don't think you would have that same problem), try asking whether or not that's just the character's nature rather than just going "I think you guys are xyz."
