all i remember from that was that she's apparently two-faced and her house is disgusting and she subjects her animals to filthiness or something

Dunno about her house, but the thing about her being twofaced is true. She's also manipulative as fuck. Try to confront her about something she did and she'll turn it into a "boo hoo I'm so horrible :(" pity party.
