Unless you're her #1 when and then she fucks you over, you're completely unaware of how insane she really is. It sucks, but I guess that's that.
I was really happy to see a bunch of anons in the same boat as us during that one anon post, though. Not because I'm happy that others got fucked over, but because it's somehow comforting to know that there are at least a few people who understand that you're telling the truth about how awful she is.
i agree. it made me angry to see how many people she acted so terribly to (the ones that were even looking at anoncomm and bothered commenting at the time), but at the same time i thought "oh, wow, someone else gets it".
Too bad it didn't do anything, though; people still keep getting lured in. I don't get how the group of friends that follow her everywhere or even her acquaintances don't notice that she goes through "best friends" basically every month... or that she's EXTREMELY passive aggressive and her "joking insults" usually aren't jokes.
the only reason i can think of is that underneath it all, they're worried she's going to turn on them. i know that sounds ridiculous, but i really don't see how anyone could stand her unless they either felt that way or they had no real friends to compare her to.
That makes sense. Back when I had a bunch of notorious wankers on my plurk, I used to just not really associate with them but also not defriend them because I was afraid of the backlash.
Also, a bit related: I heard that she and Yukina are no longer close/friends/something like that. It's strange because Yukina used to be one of her biggest whiteknights. Maybe the winds of change are coming.
As an ex-friend of a toxic person that sounds a lot like them, I've seen this with some people. Being the target of that much vitriol isn't something most people want to volunteer for, and I walked on eggshells with that person because I didn't want her to hate me next.
In the end it was healthier for me to leave and deal with the hate, but it's not such an easy choice for everyone.
