See, I can't really get behind the WEH WEH THIS FANDOM IS TERRIBLE thing either because it basically just perpetuates itself. People act shitty and then cry when everyone is shitty to them. It's not any worse than a lot of old fandoms, speaking from personal experience, but our assholes are especially vocal. Since there aren't many of us who do journal RP these days, it sticks out. That's all there is to it and I take exception to the fact that you took my single complaint as an opportunity to grouse about the fandom as a whole, when that wasn't the point at all.

I think everyone needs to put on their big girl panties and a) let old shit be old shit, b) stop whining, and c) stop engaging those vocal assholes over and over again.
