it depends on why i dislike them

if they are just annoying then i will avoid them ooc and won't go out of my way to play with them because that tends to invite more ooc interaction

i will tag them if it's ic and i won't turn them down if they approach me for cr tho

if they are painfully ooc i will avoid them unless it would be wildly ooc not to tag them

if they are a creeper i will not tag them

if they are a bigoted douche i will not tag them

if they can't separate ic/ooc i will not tag them
