I definitely saw the issues about her dad and brother and all the abuse and such, and she was certainly emotionally manipulative in her plurks and in her interactions with others. She was just a high-stress person to interact with on the whole. I wish I had more to offer, but it's been so long since I had her added that I've forgotten any other things that struck me as egregious :(

Assuming your characters wouldn't be "dicked over" (seriously? holy over identification, Batman) if only the MCU players would read the comics is pretty fucking ridiculous. Some of us have read the comics, have been fans for years, and still wouldn't incorporate a relationship that exists only in the comics because it would run counter to the canon we're actually playing from.

if you're reading every issue in comicbookdb for one character, you don't buy all the issues. when even minor characters have >200 issues, you have to pirate to make sure you fully understand canon.

As I get older and the general RP age stays the same, I'm terrified to reveal my age and be labeled as "that creepy old woman without a life". I'm just trying to have fun in the same hobby that was fun when I was a teenager. It feels weird when the new generation starts wondering why people our age don't send ourselves out to pasture.

I hate how I can't just find anything on these, icon wise. Now maybe I just haven't looked in the right places. Especially if the right place is back on LJ. But there's some characters I'd like to play, but just don't have that part of it all.

Wrong, actually. Most of the F/F bashers are denying this. I've seen people play adult women in lesbian relationship, and get accused of "shipping lolis". Nearly every canon that has a lot of female characters is being accused of being "neckbeard", not just by "trolls" but by actual people in games.

I'm lesbian, and I've repeatedly been accused of being male due to this. I only write adults, never wrote sex, never described my character's appearance, and yet constantly misgendering me was a common attempt to wank me.

This is very common. Queen of Hearts was created to give a save place from shit like this. Heck, it has been happening for months on the anon meme now.

That doesn't mean that every series featuring women and f/f pairings is good.

I've read the entire meme, as well as the last one. Nobody, anywhere, made the statement you just did. Nobody. So why are you making things up while lying about things that are actually happening?

What people are calling out is your repeated attempts to attack random people playing F/F as a male neckbeard creeper. This shit has been going on for months now, completely independent of the source material, as long as it's anime. It usually hits female players.

You are entirely fine not liking any anime you want. You are not fine when you misgender people that like something you don't like. You are not fine when you attack these people for "objectifying" (how? they are playing competent, well-dressed adult women in lesbian relationships. How the fuck is that objectifying?).

These fanservice anime that you pretend are the real target? Barely anyone plays from them. Show me all the people that do. Goodluck finding more than ten.

The problem is that, despite this fact, you people keep attacking players of F/F as if they played from such canons just because of the character's sexuality, completely independent of what these players actually did.

Face it: Once you do this, you are homophobic. Your goal is not to fight objectification, because none took place. Your goal is getting rid of gay female characters for the sake of getting rid of gay female characters, which are usually played by lesbians.
