Yeah you guys are right. I was gonna give her some benefit of doubt and let her in if the app passed, but honestly on rethinking it, rejecting her from the get-go would be the healthiest option, if she does app.

tbf, power dynamics between men and women are not the same, so men in a series aimed at women are still portrayed as powerful because that's what is seen as attractive in men in society, while women in series aimed at (pathetic insecure) men are usually infantilized because otaku can't handle female characters with agency. they're both shallow, objectively speaking, since those types of shows are meant to titillate. plus, there's much more fanservice stuff aimed at men than at women in anime, so it's not quite even yet.

It has everything working against it. It's a single movie that wasn't very good and 99% of the fandom revolves around one of its characters. But it's still going. Holy shit.

There's events about once a month near app time or holidays. The AU event has been pretty fun, other wise the last real horror event had to be when the death rules were changed and there was the week of everyone being experimented on. Which was a few months ago, we've been having silly events lately like the prank event and the body swap thing.

As much as I like the silly events I kinda miss doing serious stuff. I've been siting just waiting because I don't see the point on doing a lot of silly stuff since my character has been in game so long it plays out differently.

Lately the mods have been slacking off with apps and keeping the lists updated. So there's a delay between apping and posting, or just updating anything really.

From some of the stuff that was said at that HMD, it seems like she might have harassed some of the people playing with her once? I think it's the only set of deets out in public at least.
