I hope they do, apping in a somewhat big cast again and calling him out might be for the best at this point. From what I've seen the people interested in apping won't take any of his creepy bs.

As a 30+ roleplayer, I'll say that you've probably just been unlucky. And more than likely, you've encountered at least a couple of chill 30+ RPers without realizing it. I generally don't bother sharing my age with people because I don't want them to be uncomfortable with RPing with me because I might be one of those batshit crazy 30+ roleplayers you've encountered.

Generally, anyone who takes RP overly seriously instead of viewing it as an enjoyable hobby wherein you write interactive stories with people on the internet? Is probably going to be batshit insane, regardless of what age they are.

I think it's gone at this point in the show, now. Or at least it was in Dean's last sex scene.

They came up with some half-assed excuse about why it wasn't there, but basically it was LOL WE FORGOT ABOUT THAT SHIT. Destiel shippers were butthurt.

And by inappropriate character choices, I mean when players are uncomfortable with a specific thing and then play a character where that specific thing is one of the traits the character is KNOWN for.

For example, I encountered a RPer once who didn't want to have her character walk in on his roommate having makeout funtimes with his significant other because she was asexual and anything to do with sexuality ever made her uncomfortable. ...and yet, her OTHER character in the game was TONY STARK. He's a multifaceted character and you can play up his other traits, but ignoring that he enjoys drinking and sex (ie. not at least referring to off-screen shenanigans) is playing him OOCly.

I also encountered a RPer who hated how insane characters were portrayed in the media because she felt it devalued the personhood of people with legitimate mental disorders and made people assume they were all dangerous or not meant to be taken seriously. Her inappropriate character choice: DEADPOOL. Did she ever do anything in depth and thought-provoking with him? Nope. It was all wacky shenanigans because Deadpool is craaaazeee.

maybe not, but i have never seen someone write a bad app and then play their character well in the game. i've seen people write good apps and then play badly but never the other way around.

unless you're in asia in which case reserves open in the middle of the day when people are in school or at work, so you're also screwed.

and they are a level playing field. they ensure that everyone gets the chance to submit an app, which makes it as fair as can be. it doesn't "lock out" anyone because everyone gets an equal chance. you just sound butthurt that you lost an app challenge.

I prefer it to the mun having two characters pointedly and awkwardly avoid each other when there's a reason for them to interact.
