i fucking hate this attitude. i'm not trying to kinkshame, but i think cutting off someone's head and fucking their neck stump is a bit more abhorrent and unnatural than sex involving 12 year olds. i don't like either one one bit, but hell, when our lifespans were shorter people were cranking out babies at that age.

It's a common thing for pedophiles to use porn (regular or CP) to basically convince children sex isn't so bad/is a good idea/is generally something that might be fun to do because 'look how much the person in the picture/video/story is enjoying it,' or at least normalise the idea that an adult touching them that way isn't wrong and if they feel it's wrong something must be wrong with them.

That kids shouldn't be reading/watching/looking at porn doesn't really come into the equation. Particularly since there's usually a very manipulative adult pushing the kid into it.

It's by no means the only thing used, but... yeah.

basically the idea is loli is a type of porn and because that porn involves kids it must only be used by pedophiles to do the above.

The other thing is that pedophilia is unfortunately something that is very prevalent in society and therefore a more problematic concept when it comes to kinks- not saying that every person with a loli kink is a pedophile, but it does hit a lot closer to home than something like guro, which is highly unlikely to ever happen in real life unless we're dealing with psychotic serial killers or something.
