I say this every time, but PEOPLE WHO DON'T READ.

It's gotten to the point where when they come to me asking about something I or my comods have already explained, in detail, I link to the post and say "Second paragraph, third sentence" or wherever the hell the info is. PA as fuck but I'm sick of holding the hands of people older than me.

I'm making a new game and one of the rules is READ EVERYTHING THAT LOOKS IMPORTANT. I wonder what kind of wank I would get it I finally got sick of someone's consistently dumbass questions and suspended them from the game over breaking that rule.

But I wouldn't actually do that. Probably.

While I'm ranting, I also hate players who try to make everything about them, be it trying to make plots all about their character or thinking every game decision made by my team is some kind of personal slight against them. No, not everything revolves around you. Stop messaging me after every plot post or mod post whining about how something about it doesn't meet your exact expectations.

Finally, people who think that posting a hiatus to the OOC comm instead of to our hiatus page makes it official annoy the shit out of me. It's very easy to miss those kinds of things, especially if it happens during app season. If you don't get exempt from AC because of your hiatus if you didn't post it to the official channels? Don't come crying to me.

On that vein, people who think my plurk is an official channel. I'm not going to drop everything I'm doing just because you pop into my plurk telling me that you're going on hiatus or want to sign up for a plot or are making a reserve, etc. Go to the posts made specifically for that purpose and let us know there!

This in particular annoys the ever living shit out of me, players with the mods are out to get me and personally kill my fun victim complexes. Sometimes decisions that are good for an overall game are going to have negative effects on a select few characters. There is no game out there with a premise and events that are geared to please 100% of the people 100% of the time. I didn't see you ranting and raving how unfair the last event was when other people were negatively affected and handled it like adults. Stop acting like an entitled child throwing a tantrum when they're forced to share attention and toys with a sibling.
