Co-mods who never do anything. They "never have time" for their mod duties (yet, strangely, this doesn't them from spending all day tagging in their other games and/or dicking around in open memes) so at least one other co-mod ends up doing more than their fair share of the work. Their characters never do anything in the game, they don't seem invested in the game at all, yet they never just give up the ghost and drop or give up their modship. When called out on it, they get better for a few weeks at most then go back to being a flake. And since your other co-mods see nothing wrong with this and it's not solely your decision to kick them out, they stay on the mod team far longer than they should.
