in-canon, no. she only appeared once in a flashback of Lancer's life, that was like 15 seconds long. Lancer doesn't even mention her, but he seems to act remorseful over falling in love with her because he betrayed his general and it was what led to his death.

but like the another anon said, tvk will let anyone app. you can even app from fate/prototype which is just a 5 minute short as an added bonus to an OVA of the typemoon series. and in that short only 2 minutes is real dialogue, so it's more of a long trailer for something that never comes out.
